Four Dogs And A Bone

August 2 - August 7

A dark comedy which gives you insights into the brutal world of Show Biz and the Movie Industry. Who is tough enough to survive?

Brenda (Amber Brookes), a seemingly guileless young actress, tries to convince Bradley (Jordan Zakka), a middle-aged producer attempting to make to most out of his last chance, to cut her co-star’s part and re-write her own role. The co-star, Collette (Karolina Larion), knows this film is her last opportunity to prove that she can be the lead in a movie and break away from being typecasted as a character actress. She beguiles the writer Victor (Jake Minter) to change her role into the lead but he is busy with his own personal problems. They all show their true colors while the situation is escalating and everyone is fighting for their own interests.

FOUR DOGS AND A BONE was originally produced by Manhattan Theatre Club (Lynne Meadow, Artistic Director; Barry Grove, Managing Director), in New York City, in October, 1993. It was directed by John Patrick Shanley himself.
