An Enemy of the People

DUSE PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS

AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE

By Henrik Ibsen
Directed by: Sanio Kurtesevic

Sargent Theatre
January 28-February 8, 2026

Duse Productions invites you into an intimate, Equity Approved Showcase staging of Henrik Ibsen’s AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE – one of theatre’s most urgent and enduring dramas.

In a small town that prospers from its celebrated baths, Dr. Tomas Stockmann makes a devastating discovery: the water is contaminated. When he tries to sound the alarm, he finds himself at odds with politics, profit, and the tide of public opinion.

Ensemble-driven staging brings audiences face-to-face with the collision of truth and majority rule, presented in an immersive, close-up setting that heightens every moment.
