EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW & REQUIREMENTS

You are required to have a professional crew to touch or focus any equipment. Any alterations made by your crew must be PRE-APPROVED by ATA and re-set at the end of your production run.

PROJECTIONS
● Installed Projectors must be rented separately, and they cannot be moved. (Christie WU14k 14,000 Lumen Projectors.) .

● You are welcome to use your own projection equipment, but they must not be installed into the ceiling like the projectors currently in place.

● (Please do not touch the RED LAPTOP unless you plan to rent the mega projectors from Carl Tramon. Please inform ATA and we will put you in touch with Mr. Tramon).

LIGHTING
Note : ATA will not focus your lights for you. That is the responsibility of your crew, and/or electrician. Overhead lighting may be focused and pivoted, but do not move the fixtures from their House Plot. Outside fixtures may be placed between our lights, as long as our system is restored. The fixtures along the catwalk may be moved as long as they are restored to House Plot.

● LIGHTING CONTROL : Our system is ETC EOS via in-house NOMAD connection. Our in-house gray laptop contains lighting info and a default house plot with current fixture addresses. If you wish to control the lights via a different format, please bring equipment in with you. There is no physical analog console.

● ACCESS : If you need to focus equipment on the grid, you must have a crew member that is able to use the extension ladder in the theatre. For lights directly over the stage, we have scaffolding available. *To access the TECH BOOTH, you must be able to climb a ladder.*

● CABLING : There is plenty of 3-pin Stage Pin cable for our LEKO lights. If you plan to bring in extra LED lighting equipment however, please supply your own DMX cabling/connections. We have a limited supply of Edison power extension cables, and a very limited supply of DMX.

● GELS : We have very limited in-house gels. Please use our supply only as a backup. Inquire before move-in about our gel selection. Gels are inexpensive from B&H or Barbizon.

● GENERAL FIXTURE INVENTORY : 7 LED pars cool/warm, 6 RGB LED stage wash, 3 LED WWC washes, 6 mini LED movers (Jwyc floody) , 1 intimidator spot mover, 2 chauvet 755t spotlights, 18 6×9 Altman Lekos 360Q 500-watt fixtures.

● POWER : 2 Strand Lighting Dimmer Packs. 80 AMP 3 PHASE POWER MAXIMUM. The phases are labeled at the box.

SOUND
Note : We do not offer a wireless microphone package. There is no intercom or PA system, but our board is equipped with an in-house microphone for pre-show announcements. Productions that require a crew communications system must supply their own. Make sure the power outlet on the STAGE RIGHT catwalk is turned on before troubleshooting audio.

● EQUIPMENT : Audio Amp Eurodesk MX 2442A , Behringer 24-channel audio mixer interface, Shure wired microphone

● ACCESS : To access the TECH BOOTH you must be able to climb a ladder.

● We currently have two dynamic speakers designated for playback, routed into the audio board. If you wish to add speakers, frequency paddles and microphone equipment, please supply your own cabling and materials.

GENERAL

Please do not drill anything directly into the stage.

● Please come prepared with any equipment, tools, and extra materials necessary for your specific production. (Spike tape, lumber, drills, etc.)

● Please notify ATA of all props or furniture that you intend to use (if these items are from ATA)

● Please do not lose the CULLUM WORKLIGHTS remote. This is for wireless access to the overhead work lights.

● Please supply your own paint and inform ATA before painting. The stage will need to be returned to FLAT BLACK.

● Please take out all trash in black trash bags, and place it in the far dumpster outside of the police station. Ask ATA for clarification. Do not go behind the police station.
